Good fitting but difficult to get an appointment with and for follow up fitting - a bit brusque to deal with, especially if you get the husband by mistake. Can't fault the fitting though.

Brilliant saddles never had any problems at all

If this is Kay Hastilow - then can;t recomend her highly enough. Hard to get an appointment, and she's quite brusque at times, but can;t fault her work. My lad was not easy to fit to and she put together a saddle that was just amazing to ride in.
