I need a new hat for SJ, currently have a Charles Owen AYR8 which fits perfectly. None of our local tack shops stock anything other than Charles Owen or Gatehouse - and I want a poly-carbonate hat now. Gatehouse's don't fit me at all.
So choices are Samshield Shadowmatt or One K Defender - both with a bit of bling!!!.. I am trying to avoid buying both and sending one back - primarily due to the £600 this is going to cost!
Has anyone gone from CO AYR8 to either of these hats?
Are the fits similar?
The One K I need a Large (57 cms) and Samshield a medium with 57 liner, so I'm thinking they must have very different fits.
Any help greatly appreciated???
