I have the Champion Ventair hat at the moment- is the only Champion hat that has ever fitted me as I have a very narrow shape head so am normally a Charles Owen head! which i purchased last year from a shop on Ebay (i'd tried it on first so i knew it would fit!) really comfortable, is similar to a GPA but cheaper!
Try loads on and see what you like best as they all vary so much and some makes may not be suitable dependant on what shape head you have i.e narrow or round!

I have a small head - I've always had champion hats and they're fitted fine. Will have a look at the Ventair one now thanks.
It might be abit dull of me but I'm looking to get out and about this year, is there a particular dress code for hats for certain activities or aslong as its approved does it not matter?

As above, try loads on, don't buy without trying on as they vary so much.
I have used Charles Owen hats for years, they suit my big, round head
My current hat is a Champion Ventair. I chose this hat for the ventilation aspect, but I can't really say it keeps my haed any cooler than a non-vented hat (wearing a silk over it probably doesn't help tho') But it is a very comfortable hat. This hat comes up much smaller than the CO, had to buy a couple of sizes smaller than usual.
Had a Just Togs skull, that one was too narrow at the temple for me.

Great, will pop down to the local tack shop later. Really like the look of the ventair though

For most activities you should be fine as it's an approved hat- happy shopping!
