Hat safety standards - need some advice quick please.

I've just found a John Whitaker II by Charles Owen riding hat. Apparently it conforms to BS EN1384 and is kitemarked but doesn't conform to PAS 015 and it isn't suitable for XC because of the fixed peak which doesn't worry me because I don't do XC.
Does anyone know if it a good hat and safe enough for hacking, schooling and a bit of SJ??
Auction ends in 50 mins so need to decide quick time.

Interesting reading. I now don't understand why this hat is BS EN1384 but has a fixed peak???
I think I'll give this one a miss then and look for something that is PAS015.
