Hat safety standards?

Hi, I'm looking to buy a new (affordable) riding hat and looking at BS PAS 015 1998 as I'm going to be using it for casual hacking, schooling, jumping, and maybe at some point for novice local jumping competition / shows etc.
Am I right believing this would be adequate for safety regulations. And does anyone know if the standards may be reviewed anytime soon? I don't want to buy one and then find out its below standard within a few months.
Also can anyone recommend which style they think would be best (I currently have the skull cap Style, and quite like it!

How much do you call affordable, I posted something similar and was recommended ones that were lovely but cost about £100 and that was too much for me?

£100 is more then I'd like to spend too really - but guess if thats the price for one that will meet standards I'll have to find a way to get the money. I'd rather stick to £50 - £60 if there are any!
I'm worried that I won't be able to take part in shows and things if my hat isn't of a suitable standard.

Try a Dublin Onyx.

I have one having tried on many different brands and styles. This was comfiest and is kitemarked.
