Have I done a terrible thing?! Help!

I've just been recovering from a bout of supposed swine flu (although i wasnt tested) and am having the last Tamiflu capsule this eve. However, I went to see my pony and put a piece of apple in my mouth, to try and feed to him (succesfully), but afterwards i realised- have I given him swine flu!??!? Argh I was so STUPID!

Any ideas?

The only symptoms I have atm is occasional cough and slightly off throat (it was sore earlier in the week).

I don't think equids are effected by swine flu! so I think you should be ok.

Just maybe try not to do it again!

No, swine flu (or any other cold or flu virus you may have) is a human pathogen so can't be transferred to animals in its current form. You can relax!
