I asked for ideas a few weeks ago & noticed that a couple of others also asked, I now have my lockable saddle rack (so the saddle can't fall off in transit) & want to put it in/on the nose but the aluminium panel doesnt seem very strong?

However, I know alot of people have the water butts on the side of the trailer, therefore I am having a bracket made like the one in www.watercarry.co.uk so are all panels the same strength or do I need some sort of bracket to evenly distribute the weight of the saddle?

Thanks

The water carrier is on the outside in a frame that helps support the carrier or sits on the floor. The Panels are all the same thickness.
IFW sell a purpose made tack box (wheelie bin) that sits on the floor.

Other trailers like Richardson Rice have a stronger front panel and had additional supports added to aid with weight distribution.
Equitreks have built in tack boxes.
