Have you ever had an eldery moment?

QR - yes, quite a few times!!
Not only the wrong time, but the wrong day! I also forget what Iam talking about in mid sentance sometimes... oh dear,, down hill slope now!!

turned up for an appointment an hour early, for some reason I had written wrong time in my diary.:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o

Oh yes! Once arrived to watch a film and wondered why it was already an hour in. Hmmm the clocks had gone forward and I hadn't changed mine! Also found the tv remote in the fridge once. I'd only been looking for it an hour! No idea why it was in the fridge!

I rang my farrier one weds to see if he was going to be on time and he said yes i'll see you next weds ! I often need a tenna lady from laughing at someone or sneezing to much when I put fresh straw down, does that count ?

Also found the tv remote in the fridge once. I'd only been looking for it an hour! No idea why it was in the fridge!

Ive done that many times, and left it in the bathroom? Why did i take it with me to the loo?!

& said to my friend "shouldn't you be at school?" "hanna, its saturday .." :D

Yes last week I turned up two hours early for our agility lesson and commented to the trainer on all the new dogs in the class. I didn't realise until he said "do you realise it is 3pm?" I have only been going to the same class (two hours later) for a year!

I drove to work (from Manch to London) once and forgot that I'd booked a days leave, so had to come home and go again the following day!

I frequently turn my room upside down looking for my glasses - they're on my head.

In my mid 20's I once managed to leave one of my horses at home that I was competing on, loaded my other 2 into the lorry, but forgot Honey, nearly had heart failure when I pulled the ramp down, luckly comp not to far from home so went back and got very patient mare tied up in back of stable plaited and with full travel kit on.
I'm 40 now so can you imagine what I'm like now :D
Now where did I put me zimmer frame???????????:D

not so much elderly as hilarious!

when i was at equine college, the riding lessons started at the crack of dawn so you often got up in the dark to go down and groom and tack up. My friend got up when she THOUGHT she heard her alarm, got ready and carrying her hat and bodyprotector she walked round to the stable yard. She was thinking it was still very dark and pretty quiet when she bumped into a group of drunk students coming back from town! Turns out it was 2am and she'd imagined her alarm.HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! she was v embarrassed and ran back to bed!!!

The same friend also went to school on a saturday once :)

Too many!!!
Turning up for a ferry 24 hours late (!!). Going upstairs without knowing why when I get there, putting teabags in fridge, car keys in freezer. Coming out of supermarket not being able to find the car, then realising I'm in my other half's so been looking for the wrong car all along.
Looking for my glasses ( on my head), looking for my riding hat ( on my head). OH has managed to walk out of the door with 1 set of sunglasses on, the other set on top of his head, where do I stop? I guess old age has crept up and bitten us in the bum!

I went to a local country fair still wearing my slippers. Didn't realise till I got out of the car. Husband refused to drive home and back through the traffic so I had to put on a limp and pretend I had a poorly foot. Trouble was, I kept forgetting which foot to limp on.

God yes, I had one just now. Went out to the store to fetch a numnah to post and when I got there I couldnt remember what they had ordered. Then got mugged by the horse, came back in and forgot about the s*dding numnah. Off out now to look again... :D

I went to work with odd shoes once, not colourwise, one was flat and one had a small heel. Couldnt work out why I was limping ! Also have twice gone to work with jumper on inside out (and no b***ger told me )

It's getting worse for me as I've just remembered when I turned up a week late for a hairdressers appointment, so now they give me a card so I'll remember and I have not only stick on the board but in my diary, cann't think how I got the times wrong today. Said 10.25am in my diary and when I got there as I always like to get there a few minutes before time, walked in at 9.45am (well the traffic was good) usually on M1 very bad so went longer route, was happy to just sit there when they said no you are booked in for 10.50am and bless them they fitted me in, so I didn't have a long wait for my test.:):):):):)
