It all started about 12.30pm when the peddle fell of my bike whilst bombing up the stables with a saddle on the handlebars and heavy rucksack on my back. I propped it up next to the park gates never expecting to see it again (yes I abandoned my bike in a park) but prepared to take it home if it was still there later! I arrived at the yard for about one to find Star and kosha in two totally different fields to what I left them in! I put them in stables for the rest of the day and night!

I then rode with Jayne and watched a weather system come acroos the Birmingham skyline about 15 miles away and decided to go home...ended up with Jayne and Pauline sitting in a freight container drinking coffee thinking it was only a little shower...yeah right, three hours and a massive thunderstorm later Jackie picked me up after a lengthy discussion with Lizzie and Hannah who were at home waiting for me with Aeron when she finally found out I was stuck at the farm with no coat (they thankfully had keys!). Just as we left Pauline and Jayne I got a phone call from Tori who was stuck in Moreton Morrell after missing the only bus home!!!! ARGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Luckily Jackie, bless her, was listening in to my saying how can I pick you up...I don't have a car anymore and your dads at work!!! Hackie and I head off to Moreton Morrell, me phoning family and friends to find out how to get there (well I haven't been there for 15 years!) and arrange for the other three kids to be looked after and fed.

After passing Banbury anrd getting close to Bicester we start to worry as I know its not that far from Birmingham! Anyway after several phonecalls from Jacies hubby and my stepdad directing us back to Warwick we got there! It took us three hours for a probably hour and half journey!

About half hour ago Joe phoned and I told her about what had happened and next thing I know I get another call asking where had I left my bike...the daft buggers were in the local park looking for my bike!! Needless to say a one legged chav must has stolen it because it had gone lol!

I am finally home all 4 kids in bed, and a glass of wine in hand....thankgod for good friends!

Good job you had wine in - here's to a better day tomorrow
