No, I don't bounce, I slipped on wet leaves this time last year, broke my wrist and jarred my shoulder, hip and fingers. I couldn't do much over Christmas so had to be waited on. It was so tough (not)! Take care, my wrist mended without any problem but the rest of me has taken much longer and I needed physio to sort me out.

Aw thanks all. Must admit I was feeling a bit sorry for myself yesterday. hairline fracture round the base of the tibia - thankfully not all the way round, so I haven't taken the knuckle end off the bone. Yep, left arm too, for a right handed person. Darling daughter has taken over care of old Dobbin for a few days, and the ladies on the yard simply said we are all free from Wednesday and we will all pitch in. Ladies I owe you - couldn't believe how popular my old cob is.

Sorry to hear this x wishing you a speedy recovery.
I was lucky earlier this year as I took a step backwards and fell over a pallet. Thought I'd broken my arm but thankfully not but the pain was immense. Poor dog was all over my trying to help but just getting in the way.
