Having a fylde saddle width altered

Has any one a idea of howcmuch it is to have a fylde saddle altered by fylde saddlery? Also do they come out to do it to fit the horse?

they quoted me £25 but postage to them and from them is extra so that bumps it up quite a bit
I dont know if they offer fittings near to them but they definitely dont further away

I didnt have it done, it only came up because I was looking to buy a sadlle they had in stock. Yes I do understand they adjust them to your template

Yes you just send them the saddle and a template, they don't come out and fit as far as I know. Bear in mind if you widen a saddle you effectively make it more curved and it will probably need a flocking adjustment to keep it working. Narrowing a saddle can also sometimes require the flocking to be altered.

I have had them alter a saddle at a show they were attending That way we could all check the fit on the pony
