Ok totally stupid qu but im rather confused by it!!!

Which way up does a neue schule verdibend go?! Do the arrows face in or away from the horse?! Im looking at mine and it kinda doesnt look right!! I have the arrows facing away from the horse is that correct?!!

THe arrow should face forwards.
