Having horses back checked tomorrow....

Got the back lady coming out for the boy as he's been napping.
I havn't had his back checked before, how do you know if they are actually doing a good job and not just saying there are problems etc to get more business?
At £90 a treatment im a bit worried il be wasting money if she says he needs a course of treatments!

If it's JH she's brilliant and won't treat if not necessary.

She's also not quite £90.... about £75 I think.

Gosh £90 sounds quite steep. The lady I had out recently (recommended highly by my vet) charged £50 and she was fab.

I'm a complete cynic, but we had a McTimoney lady out and she was fab! I saw a difference straight away, horse was clearly more comfortable after, and this was with the most amazing horse, but he was in a pretty bad way, back-wise, sore all through his neck and hindquarters too...

Fingers crossed she can find a reason why he's been napping, otherwise it is him being very naughty, and im going to have a hard time on my hands getting hin to stop.
Im hoping that if she does find something its easy to fix and he turns into a wonderful calm polite horse! ha, who am i kidding! lol
