As per the title really, we usually do our own but decided to rest/weedkill one of our paddocks this year so ended up not doing it. Been offered some top quality small bale hay £4.50 delivered and stacked. It seems pricy but I gather prices are high this year? So should I take it or shop around do you think (I'm in Kent). Thanks!

Where abouts in Kent, we had ours delivered last night and paid £2.80, he tells me that any new clients would have to be £3.00. The only difference is he chucks it off and we have to stack it,. :)

Take It!!! Hay prices are going to be so extortionate (sp) and if it's good quality hay, it will soon be worth it's weight in gold! (Well maybe not quite, but not far off :p) You also don't have to break your back stacking it all. We have to collect ours so we have to break our backs twice!
