Just wondering if you find them useful and a good addition to your stable? I've always hankered after one, but they seem quite pricey. Are there any pros and cons.
Thanks in advance.

Mine is sat in the garage at the moment! It's been moved a few times, and I think my horse has attempted to lean on it at one point so it's a bit bent! I liked it, horse was fine with it - not in use at the moment as it wouldn't work in the corner I'd want it in (just because of the angle of the wall) so I just feed from the floor. He doesn't trail it through his bed so not a problem. My last YO preferred me to use a net as apparently he would stand at the door chewing the hay and end up dropping it outside, so made a bit of a mess over the door. I personally didn't find any cons to having it, although fitting it was a pain cos of the shape. Just leave a gap under it so you can sweep out the bits.

I tried one last year. I loved it, easy to fill and so much quicker, but one major problem, my mare stuffed her nose in it every night, tossed the top layer of hay out and pooed on it...all the time! Too much hay wasted imo so back to nets!
