Not got one but I want one!!! (Just not in my price range at the minute!) I've been steaming my hay with a homemade contraption consisting of a wheelie bin and a wallpaper steamer. The product looks great from the brochure and it would be heaven to be able to steam half/full bale at a time. sorry i cant actually comment on how good they are however when i have read other posts they all seem to rate it.

We have a hay steamer at the yard...no idea what make it is...its green....but its a godsend!

We have the half bale version on the yard & it's brilliant! My big lad is picky about his hay & will often leave more than he eats - not good when he's just been treated for ulcers - but since I've been using this steamer he's eating so much more. The cough & snotty nose he often gets from hay have also gone so no need to switch to haylage (costs a fortune given what he eats) or periodically put him on Ventapulmin which doesn't suit him anyway. I'm very very impressed!
