Im paying £25 but its so soft it falls to the floor as soon as they touch each going through 3 bales a week for 5 and usually run out by the 5th day!!!

Cant do £100 a week in hay for five horses its a joke!!!

I take it it is out in the field then? My horse is in a night and has a massive hay net that he leaves a little at the end and I also have a small net for the pony. I am on the end of my third week and I probably have enough left for another week and a half, so roughly it lasts me a month.
Round bales do seem to fall away nicely though, however I am sure if I put one in the field it wouldn't last 5 minutes and the pony would end up eating more than my horse lol

Trust me in the field it doesnt last!!

We are having 8ft rectangular bales coming tomorrow at £37.50 - but apparently get 1 1/2/ round bales to each one - fingers crossed it is better!!!!!!

the restangular ones should last quite a bit longer so should be ok I reckon!

my normal supplier has run out of hay - can you PM me or post the details of your hay supllier please. I am paying £5.50 a small bale at the moment and doing 6 a week so could really do with big bales.

Blimey, I give a lot away for free. I have grazing land too. Maybe I should start selling! I'm in Herts. (Braughing)
