Hay in Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire or nearby?

Sorry, I know that lots of people are looking for hay at the moment but I just thought it was worth asking. We had all the hay we could this year off of our 2 usual suppliers and then managed to source more through Ebay which they delivered. They are now unable to deliver another batch for a while (and have put the price up) and I would like to have more ASAP in case weather prevents delivery.

Please does anybody know of any hay suppliers in Bedfordshire or nearby that can deliver? We usually have small bales but would consider other sizes if necessary... maybe having a round bale delivered would buy us an extra week (but the suppliers of those nearby are not taking on new clients or no longer deliver).

You could try Roland Woodcraft from Biggleswade. I haven't got his number but he's in the yellow pages.

Roland Woodcraft in Gamlingay - 07850 244578. He's buying it in. Two weeks ago was £5.50 a bale or £6.50 for better quality seed hay.
He did say prices are increasing all the time though.....

where in bedfordshire are you? my guy has small and large bales.small are £.3.50 and large rounds are £25. hes in a village outside flitwick. he also works along side another farmer and they kept me supplied all year last year between them. i have a large round a fortnight. if hes local to you ill give you his number.
