Hay in Botley, Hampshire ?

Kitnocks, Smith farm on the way to B/Waltham, Shedfield had some but it was £5.50 a bale. Whereabouts are you? I will have a think.

Sorry to be so vague, but I left the area 3 yrs ago. I USEd to get my hay from a lovely chap in Lowford, behind the Aladdins Cave Chandlery. On the A27, going from Park Gate towards Southampton, go over the Hamble, with the Aladding cave on the left, then take the next left. he is up there. i got his tel no off a board either in Hampshire Salldery or Shedfield Nursery. (somewhere like that). I have just searched my purse but cannot find his number. He was much cheaper than Kitnocks, whos prices I could not afford. Why don't you get a lorry/trailer, and come up here to Westbury/Trowbridge (only 1 1/2 hrs away max) and get hay for £2 to £2.50 a bale. When i was down there, and I met my partner who is from here, and I saw how cheap hay is up here, he used to load his van full of it and bring it down for me.
 
Thats a great idea, we have a lorry or would pay the guy to come down if he has larger lorry to fit more bales in, do you have a number for him. thankyou
