Hay In/Nr Whittlesey

Hi all

Does anyone know where I can get hold of some good quality hay from in or around Whittlesey?

I currently get my hay off a lovely farmer but tbh the hay is rubbish, and my lad is now looking like he's fed up of eating it (and I dont really blame him lol!)

We do our own hay, but underestimated what we needed, and sold too much this year so have had to buy some in

I'll bear you in mind, and keep my ears open, I've got to get some feed, in the next couple of days so will ask round

i used to ride around benwick on loan horse, well i use the term ride loosly as it was more like prance & fart around (espasially around the metalwork pile on lilyholt!)
there is a gent out near us does hay (sutton st james i think) but i have his number if you want it.

I have got some its £3 a bale collection we are 10 minutes outside of Wisbech. Lovely organic hay.

I keep my horses near Whittlesey. I use a lovely chap called Chris for hay. He is over near Huntingdon but comes over to deliver to me.

There were a number of people advertising on the notice board at Feedability (Pondersbridge) so might be worthwhile popping there for a look.

There is also another guy in Coates (Garner) who does hay. His house/small yard in on the main road but I believe he also keeps a larger supply of hay at his other farm yard Turves way.

Im from near whittlesey too

Mr Garner kept his hay for me and one other person, there is someone near pondersbridge on Ramsey road that has quite a bit of hay.
