Anyone else having trouble finding decent (or any) hay at the moment? Seems to be a real shortage in Sussex and not much chance of any new hay unless it rains soon.

I have given up and paid out for a pallet of haylage, but v. expensive and I hate it that they eat their whole ration so quickly then stand around bored for the rest of the night. We don't have any grass either, owing to the lack of rain, so not good!

Having massively over produced over the past two years I have around 15 round bales of two year old hay and 25 round bales of last years' hay still left. I'm in North Cambs if anyone thinks that they can cope with large round bales!
