Hello!

Has anyone had any recent experience ordering from Haygrazer? I placed an order over three weeks ago and have heard nothing other than the original confirmation promising my order would be dispatched the following Thursday or Monday. I've sent a few emails and messages on social media but all have been ignored.
I would just cancel my payment but I really wanted to try the Haygrazer Play for my greedy Connie X!

Any help appreciated!

Sounds ominous….is there a phone number to try?

Be careful…i didnt receive an order from ebay as shipping was stated as over 30 days since Order date. So when item didnt arrive, i was already outside of the 30 day no quibble ‘consumer refund’ laws (which i assumed started from when i RECEIVED the item, not when i PAID for the item)

So try to get refund rolling back to you within 30 days of order date. Just to make sure youll get it back.

If they resurface you can place a new order.

Theres a few scam sellers using this ‘shipping time’ loophole going over 30 days so when we realise we’ve been had, after 30 days, its often too late to get a refund.

Ok, thank you. I think I paid through PayPal so they are usually quite good with this kind of thing. I’ll have a look at the process.
There is no telephone number, just an email and a contact is form. And I’ve tried on their Facebook messenger etc…

excellent…you paypaled it. Definitely aim for refund request before 30 days since your pay date.

haygrazers fb page appears to be slow…no posts since mid last-year.
Google website info doesnt give any details of owners.
testimonials link on their website took me to their ‘contact us’ form, so not showing any testimonials.

Weird for such a site to be a fraud one…normally clothes/shoes sites ….but there was an equine site, very cheap rugs, that did similar.
What is dodgy is that they seem to promote and sell that 1 item. Other hay grazing solutions sites tend to have a few options.
my item on ebay was a chinese seller…who conned loads of people with the 40 day shipping date….meaning no-one could apply for refund before 30 days as ebay system wouldnt allow it due to ‘expected shipping date’ not yet arrived.

This is the perfect scenario to raise a chargeback with your bank. If the purchase is within 120 days then you have chargeback rights. It makes no difference if you are outside of Ebay's timescales.

Another straight forward chargeback scenario.

Ebay/PayPal dispute process is not your only port of call.

If the purchase was within 120 days, then your bank should be helping you.

ahhh thats useful to know, does this apply if the payment was with paypal doing a direct debit from bank, rather than paypal credit card?
