i bought some some small bales today from the local feed store. they said it was baled 10 weeks ago. when i opened it, it was really green. is it ok to feed?
the stuff we have just been supplied with is recently baled, beginning of the summer, ours is ok to feed, but we're using it up quickly, not letting it hang around and heat up
obviously i cant comment directly on yours, but i would try it, as long as its cold and smells clean
