Where can I buy hayledge Or small bales of hay in Essex/herts that will deliver?

I know thoroughoods but there bales are £40 which is too much. Any other suppliers. I would like to find hay at approx £3 a bale if poss!

I'm not in your area and don't generally buy small bales but after reading other posts I think you will be lucky if you find some for £3.
