I'm sure there was a recent thread about these because I bought a hanger this week from a link on the thread. However now I can't find it and search function is bringing up threads from 2012. So sorry for duplicating the topic.

As I said I bought one but I must be using it wrong. I have a 511 but when I hang it as shown in the picture it was hanging far too low. It looked like an accident waiting to happen because he could easily have got his head under/behind it.

I haven't trialled solutions because I was rushing to get away. Is it a case of tying knots in it to shorter the strap or am I don't something fundamentally wrong because it should be OK from the get go?

Tia 😊

I have one and it hangs high, like it would in a stable , is there a picture of it hanging? Although a horse can usually get its head under or behind a hay net , not met one that tries yet when travelling , are you over worrying 😀
