Would this worry you?

Turned Sunny out this afternoon, in glorious sunshine. Me and YO leaning on the field gate yakking and watching the neds. All of a sudden, Sunny lifts his head from grazing and starts to march determinedly over to the gate. Halfway over, he breaks into a brisk trot, trots straight past me and YO and heads towards the hedge. Only stops when his head was wedged deep in the hedge. I thought for a minute he was gonna try to go THROUGH it. This is so uncharacteristic that I was worried. We went in to him immediately and all we could think was he may have mistaken the humungus great bot fly buzzing round him for a warble fly, which I know can panic horses. YO killed the bot fly. Sunny came out of the hedge a bit anxious but ambled off a few steps, had a poo, and pootled back off to rejoin his mates. I went and got his fly rug. Hope to god he's ok. Would it worry you? I get paranoid as he's 23 and a very special lad.

Unless he did it lots I wouldnt worry too much! He might just have been trying to get in some cover so that he didnt get eaten by the fly! xxxx
