Head to hoof equestrian store?

I ordered a pair of Canyon boots a week ago today, payment was taken out of my account the next day and according to their webpage my boots are still awaiting dispatch.
I emailed them a few days ago and have not had a reply so have emailed again this evening.

Has anyone used this online shop before and what is your thoughts on them? Beginning to worry a little at not hearing back yet

Well I got a reply today, apparently they didn't recieve my first email and my boots "should be dispatched today". I really hope they are, my feet are roasting in my current boots!

Coincidentally I ordered a pair of Canyons from them on Sunday. They arrived yesterday and they are lovely Think you have just been unlucky as I was very impressed with their service.

Just been on their webpage again and it still shows as awaiting dispatch
P.s what size/colour did you order out of interest? think they were having a problem with too many orders for my size in black

Haven't got an answer to e-mails, just getting an answering machine on the phone - should I be worried?
