Headshakers - which nose net?

It’s been years since I needed one - I have the equilibrium one but current pony flips it up and down and it’s not the best for her. I need something stiffer.

Any recommendations? There seems to be much more choice this time around!

Also… has anyone used a full nose fly mask over the bridle instead?

(Previous pony was a little angel who loved her equilibrium net and kept it on perfectly, thus solving the entire problem…)

I've switched from equilibrium to lemieux for same reason, needed something stiffer. Both work fine but the equilibrium is so soft it just flips up unless I put the flash over it, and that's not allowed at BD (I was pulled up by the steward for that).
Lemieux come up large, I use medium for 17hh wb.

Not tried full fly nose mask, but I use additional face mask (equilibrium one) on very sunny days, and also melatonin reduced the headshaking significally for my horse.

This helped mine as well.

I used the equilibrium net with a flash strap as mine also used to flip it up. It was OK with the flash for BE and RC dressage. I tried one of the heavier type nose nets but my horse hated it as it was harder to breath out through it, especially for faster work.

I've heard of people using tights over the whole muzzle, then attached to the noseband! No idea if it helps but I shouldn't think it moves!

Hmm, so the flash strap might be the best way forward? Will have a hunt for a flash noseband and try that first.
