We have a pony which has started headshaking, he is 12 and has never done it before. Any advice on how to deal with this would be hugely appreciated.
Does anyone know anything about homeopathic treatment to identify if he has allergies.
Thanks

get his back and teeth checked 1st to check it is headshaking- would be odd as its now winter and if it was allergy or light based it would be worse in the summer. however it can also be brought on by the cold.

secondly, get him allergy tested as then u can at least identify what it is. i'd get this done through your vet, or contact your vet to see if they will recommend a homeopathic treatment.

theres lots of herbs out there as well as noes nets so dnt give up.

hope all is ok xx
