My yearling filly still has a healing wound on her pastern, just below her fetlock. It's healed loads, but is still not right, as it will take time. It's about the size of a 10p. It has pink skin around the edges and a small, raised darker pink bit in the middle. I'm taking her to our first show since she injured herself next Wednesday. It's a County show, so wondered if the judge will mark her down for it? It's on a white sock and I'll cover it in white wound powder, but it will still obviously be visible. Has anyone shown with a healing injury before? How did the judge take it??

i think the judge might mark her down i've only shown a horse with a scar down its leg and they still asked how he had got the scar and how long it had been there
