healthy horse licks?

At my local tack/feed/horse supply stores the only licks are very sugary and unnatural. My pony would a nice lick that is healthy and low sugar/energy/calories as she can get a bit excitable. Do any of you guys know any licks that are good for horses?

Also, my pony licks her fencing after I give her a treat. Is this a potential nutritional problem, or is it just her enjoying the apple or something else???????

mine love the horslyx, I use them as slightly more like a treat but you can buy the big ones with the holders(I just put it on the floor) and im pretty sure they're sugar free, I always get the pro digest one. No idea about the fence licking, sorry!
