Heart Murmur in TB?

I've recently enquired about a 6yo TB only to be told that in his last vetting it was found that he had a heart murmur 2.5/5 (50%) on the right hand side. I have no experience of this and was wondering if this would put anyone off or is serious and would affect it in the furture? Thanks

my boy had one on vetting of 2/6 appartenly is present in about 15% of TB. It depends on wether they are classed as innocent or not, my horses was. Best ask your vet

I know plenty of horses with Heart Murmurs, plenty continue to event and hunt with now problems. Test him again another time and it may have gone. I shouldnt due too worrid.

My horse sadly has a very severe heart murmur... It has not effected him at all his is a grade 4 and is loud the whole time the heart is emptying (which is a lot apparently) He continues to be the top of his game...
