I'm horrified - this is just appalling.
However, putting this sick individual in jail (if they ever get him/her) would do little to stop this happening again when they let them out. They no longer (if they ever did??)rehabilitate prisoners - they just get quite a cushy time with free Sky and other such "luxuries" that the rest of us have to pay for!

Which prison provides free Sky TV?

I work in a men's prison & there's no free Sky TV.

They do have TVs but they have to pay for them.

if they caught him he wouldn't get much of a sentence or fine !!
i have a theory ( OK bear with me )
generally people who abuse animals and do this kind of thing if not caught could/would go on to worse things and my thoughts are they would eventually move onto people.
so why doesn't the courts have the balls to give them a real deterrent.
you can imagine some idiot doing this knowing if they did get caught they'd almost get away with it.

Thats sooo upsetting to read,poor pony and poor little boy.Someone obviously has it in for the family.Hope they catch the cruel ******* soon!!! Jails too good for the likes of them!!!

that is completly horrific, it would be terrible enough for a grown adult to find their horse like that but for a child it is just devastating and as the poor boy has already been throught so much in life it makes me speechless.
I hope the catch the lowlife oxygen thief.
