Heat bumps?

I know lots of you have had these lately, rash type lumps. Molly seems to only get them when she's been ridden or in the morning when I take her stable rug off. Have tried tea tree oil, hibiscrub and they disappear when washed. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Am thinking of leaving her Mark Todd coolex on at night so her skin breathes.

try putting a thinner rug on her at night, as it sounds like shes too hot over night.

Didn't make any difference with a lightweight rug but the coolex has worked plus making sure all sweat is washed off with lavender wash
