Well the weather man has said that the heat wave is just around the corner (week-end). What will you do to help cool your horse....

he is out in the field and takes himself under a tree! might give him a cool bath too (he hates the hose tho!) lol

My lad goes into his field stable out of the heat and flies...he has access to it all the time and spends many hours in there dozing and eating his hay until the heat goes down a bit. What a lucky fellow!

We're supposed to be having temperatures of 23-25 so quite warm, my boy is in 3/4 of the time so has a sort of webbing this that goes across his door so it allows a breeze through, as he goes straight under ropes across his door. I also tend to plait his main down as it's long he gets hot underneath it!
