Heather Moffett Fhoenix or Vogue?

Visually, does anyone know how you can tell the difference. I've just bought what is ment to be a Vogue dressage from Ebay but im not sure whether it's a Fhoenix.

As far as I know the fhoenix has flaps over the stirrup bar but the vogue just has a slot. If you go onto Enlightened Equitation site you will find lots of pictures and links to the description of them.
