It does say on the HM Saddles website that it's 6-8 weeks from ordering - http://www.hmsaddles.com/pages/hm-saddles-faq#delivery but I'm sorry you've had problems contacting us through the shop email/telephone number.

My sincere apologies for your bad experience but after my initial email off you which I replied to I did not receive another but have since found them in junk mail.
As stated it can take up to 8 weeks to receive the order at busy times. I had been about to email this week as your saddle is being despatched on Saturday for you but was waiting for confirmation from the manufacturer to confirm despatch date.
Heather has nothing to do with the shop so is in no way at fault and I do try to give an excellent service but I only work part time for Heather so I sincerely apologise to anyone that I have not rung back I can only assume the message may have been deleted as I know I had trouble a while back with disappearing messages and I do make sure I ring everyone back even if sometimes it does take me a few days when I am doing my other job

HM is not a company I would do business with as I recall a thread on here where they didn't exactly come across as professional.

It's good to know things look working out.
Like riding, there are always problems.
But Problem is not a problem if we try to solve it and learn from it.
I really like HM saddle design.
