i posted this on another forum ...after some initial enthusiasm it appears to have died down a bit so thought id post here too..see if anyone interested. will leave it here a week. feel free to pm me for any info.

Right after many emails and calculations i have got a final costing based on the following agenda.
Arrive Friday 3/9/10 or Friday 10/9/10. Get drunk etc.
Saturday is approx 5 hour/halfday beach ride. Then get drunk etc.
Sunday..recover and head home.
The ride itself is £95 per person. Might be a wee bit of discount dependant on the numbers but not alot. There is also option of a hack round farmlands at a cheaper price..but im not sure of that cost as yet. And its no where near as fun.
Accomodation is as follows. Please bear with me.
The following is based on either 1 or 2 lodges..again based on numbers attending.
4 persons is £60.80 per head.
5 persons is £71.36 per head.
6 persons is £59.46 per head.
7 persons is £63.31 per head.
8 persons is £55.40 per head.
9 persons is £66.66 per head.
10 persons is £60.00 per head.
11 persons is £62.40 per head.
12 persons is £57.20 per head.
13 persons is £61.53 per head.
14 persons is £57.14 per head.
These prices are for 2 nights..not per night. and obviously you would want to bring beer tokens etc and food money...last time i went we all chipped in and got food that way. Teres a supermarket in Millom.
obviously i would need to book definite numbers by mid June at the latest to guarantee we get what we want.
I know its not a cheap weekend..but the horses do make up for it. Ask anyone who has been.
If you are definitely thinking of going please can you pm me asap.
Also if you say you are going i will need deposits too..the riding you can pay on the day..but accomodation needs to have a deposit.
If theres anything else you want to know feel free to ask.
