Please could someone recomend to me a really good thick rug that i can have on my ned once he has his clipp soon hopefully. I need one that will be thick enough on its own or one that will go well underneath a top rug! thanks Liz

This one is really thick and fits well, is not heavy in weight but warm thick and a good shape. I have had my one for about three years, but here is one the same....

Just got a Premier Equine Stormbuster - 450g weight and seems very cosy.

Another vote for Premier Equine - they have an elasticated neck near the ears which stops the drafts - my boy was fully clipped last winter and was toasty in his!

i vote for this one as well!! i also have the winter buster in the same weight and they kept my lightweight of a horse lovely and snug last winter!
