... alas its just that i've jumped my baby horse undersaddle over all of 2ft! (if that)

he was terribly good and it really helped with out canter transitions which we have been having some bother with lately!!!

i do have vids but am struggling to get them on pc...

sorry im terribly proud as the journey hasnt been easy and both of us hit the deck on the road just 2 weeks ago!

aww bless, they are so exciting arent they!!have given my mare a pop on the lunge and she looks fab, going to start ridden jumping next week I think 50% excited 50% s**ting myself!!!!!

The only time we've ever got a youngster was when I was about 5 so I have no idea what Tinx was like when we firs got him

I always get the 'been there, got the t-shirt' ponies because before I got Boomer I wasn't ready to ride a young horse.
Hope things keep going as well as they have been for you

thanks guys. yeh its sooo much a rollercoaster journey with young/novice horses but sooo worth it in the end.

eventgirl... i was bricking it when i jumped him for the first time!!!!

on the lunge he is just fabby and is lovely and neat
