Agree with Scotsmare, minimum 7ft for a 15hh.
Most Transits are conversions and will be about 6ft 10'' or thereabouts.
Most Renault Masters are coachbuilds and will therefore be 7ft 10'' or thereabouts.

Most renault masters are 7'6 which is the same height as a majority of 7.5tonners. My 3.5t lorry has 7'1 headroom, and my 16.1/16.2hh is happy in it, but he is a very good traveller. However, in an ideal world I would like more headroom, but it is hard to come across!! 7ft would be fine for a 15hh.
