Hello, just thought I would introduce myself to the forum. I joined a while ago when I became a horse owner again after a very long break. I am a 40 year old mum of 2 boys and a very much loved Welsh C called Tubby. I adopted Tubby through Horses 4 Homes in 2014 and he is a fab pony who I've had lots of fun with in the short time I've owned him.
I have found the forum really useful when if ive had a question - ive googled it and invariably the forum has the answer! That's the thing with horses, you never stop learning!

welcome, can we see a pic of your new horse? and what sort of things do you do with him?

I just hack him at the moment and we do lots of fun rides and Endurance GB pleasure rides. I have (hopefully) attached a pic of us taken on sunday at and Endurance GB ride. We have only done the 17k pleasure classes so far but I would love to progress to a 32k competitive ride if we can both get fit enough! I ride him 4 times a week and that is about the maximum I can do at the moment to comfortably fit in around everything else (family and work). He came to me as suitable for walk and trot hacking only, due to bucking issues when cantering - its a long story but because of that I am so grateful that we have worked through that and are having fun together.
