Hello, I have just started riding again at 55 after many years. Discovering that the horse world has changed a lot with new types of feed, tack etc and I'm all at sea. Also realising I probably didn't know as much as I thought I did when younger 
)And that I'm OLD and no longer have any core muscles. Well obviously some left or I'd fall over ha ha. I am hoping to get back into ownership in about a year or so, whenever I've improved enough and will no doubt be popping up frequently with questions. I've been having a look around the forum and you seem to be a friendly and knowledgeable bunch!
