Hello, In need of a little advise please =)

Hi all.

I am new here so please bear with me if I am posting this in the wrong section.

I have a gelding and recently I have noticed some white spots on his sheath, they are skin like and raised a little.
They appeared practically over night .

Does anyone know what they are?
I do have a picture but can't seem to add it here. =/

Are they warts?

That was my only thought - them being warts, But I've never actually seen them myself so can't be 100% sure.
If they are warts is there anything I need to do?

You really should talk to your vet to find out what they are. If you phone them they will tell you if a callout is necessary at this stage or if you should monitor them for a few weeks for changes or something like that.
