Hello new horse owner

Hello everyone long time lurker and thought I'd finally join.

Love horses my whole life, didn't have any though. My relatives did so I was able to ride in the summer for a few years. Took lessons as an adult for a short time.

Anyway I did the hard thing. Went and finally bought myself a horse, a foal to be precise. She is a Belgian warmblood with buckskin coloring. She is now over 2.5 years old. She is great and so far it's been a good journey. I have still quite the learning curve but with the help of a trainer we continue to get better. Now I'm working on being a good rider before she is old enough to ride. Loving it

Thank you! She does get a lot of compliments. I did get lucky buying her from afar and as a 3 month old. She is a good horse. Very sociable, confident and sweet. She is sassy as a mare. But so far we mesh really well.
