Thought I had better re-introduce myself again - used to come on here a lot as Pagancloughie, but not been on for a while, etc, etc.

So re-joined as Illegal (this is my horse's racing name) as reading the Horse and Hound saw some useful posts so will be picking your brains for tips and ideas etc.

Will try and post a piccie of us but not very good with compuuuters!!!

He is a TB gelding 10 years old and have done a bit of everything with him - he loves to jump and can go from so laid back he is asleep to being a raving lunatic?? Im studying at Brakenhurt doing the last year of my degree (thank god) as a mature student, and have also qualified as a sports horse massage therapist too.

Other members of the team are Lou a border collie girly of 2 years, poppy a geriatric cat of at least 20 years

and random Koi fish.

Hello, welcome back

I used to be Acolyte if you remember that from your previous incarnation

I am slightly disapointed though, I was hoping for some scandal here when I saw your user name - perhaps someone who had been banned and sneaked back

[/ QUOTE ] Yes he is rather "pudding" shaped - he would get fat on thin air?!?!? Looks more like a warm blood in our showing line ups - but he is Happy x

He's a very handsome chap indeed! A few of my mates have ex-racers and they are exactly the same weight wise! TB's have such a bad reputation for being hard to feed too! Anyway, to justify your 'pudding shape' horse, they have to carry alot of weight to be show quality lol xx

[/ QUOTE ] Thanks for that Laura, bless you. Most judges like to see a bit of weight on ex-racers and not the skin and bone ones.
