Hi Guys,

Just wanted to introduce myself! 22 year old female horse mad (and a little mad in general)! Owned/ridden all my life including the mothers 17hh thoroughbred at a very young age! Continued in my mothers footsteps and now am the very proud owner of my 22 year old veteran TB X Morgan from the Blue Cross and a 5year old TB ex racehorse.

Looking forward to posting for lots of advice as my 5 year old ex racer is RIDICULOUSY accident prone in the field and i am losing the plot with frustration!

Anyways thanks for having me :p

Hi there, welcome to the forum Young nag :) I too have owned an ex racer TB 16.2 (Max) I did find out very quickly that he was accident prone and was as thick as too short planks compared to our Arabs :D

Hello Sahara!!

Thank you for my very first welcome :).

Yes i totally agree - it is a shame because to be ridden, he is an absolute dream. However to look after himself, he too is a bit of a dosey plank!!

You're very welcome :) Max had some lovely paces and was a lovely ride but they have no idea how to be a horse :D , luckily after about a year of being with us he got much better.
