Hi, I thought I'd start posting a little rather then lurking so would like to introduce myself?

I live on the Essex/Suffolk border, am 30 and have two ponies...a 11.3hh 3yr old Dartmoor called Piccolo and a 13.2hh 13yr old welsh sec C called Harvey.

Piccolo was backed this year and is currently ridden by my 4yr old daughter and my 5yr old son on the lead rein. She will be turned away in a few weeks time for winter.

I like doing a bit of everything with Harvey who I've only owned for 17 months. We do local level showing and like riding club shows having done a bit of SJ and dressage this year as well. My children also ride him once a week on the lunge.

Harvey's currently having 2 weeks off though as is slightly lame behind. Hence having a bit more time to join in the forum!

Hi,

I'm in a village near Colchester, Essex. Won't be the same yard your friend was looking at though as it belongs to the people who own the house in the grounds and they're not looking at selling. I lease it from them. It's only a small yard but suits me really well, with only my two there :-) No facilities as such but hey you can't have everything lol.
