Hi,
I just wanted to say hello as I have just joined. I am getting back into riding and horse ownership after a break for uni, city life and kids. However, my husband and I have just bought a cottage with six acres and plan to move our pony (currently in full livery) in and buy him a new friend. I'm sure I will have lots of questions as I have never owned my owned and managed my own land before.

Your new property sounds wonderful. It's worth asking your questions about land management in a busier section of the forum eg Tack Room.
