Hey guys!

here's my intro.... Ive been a lover of all things horsey for years now! I've been mainly showjumping recently but did love a bit of everything on my 17hh, 17year old grey ex racer. Fun rides, jumping, dressage and ODE's. Unfortunately I recently found out he has to be retired which was absolutely devastating to me, he is an absolute gentle giant that jumped anything..... except water!ha! I've had him 6 years and was just about to affiliate him! Gutted! Hes now living out in 100 acres with 6 other horses and ponies which, touch wood he seems to be loving! So to fill the void of not being able to ride ive just bought a new 9 year old grey 16.2 warmblood x trakehner. I love her but my god she can be a handful! Getting on can be interesting as can her napping episodes but I'm hoping this can be overcome with a bit of Parelli which she seems to be responding really well to. MY god can she jump though so I've got high hopes for her! Anyway enough about me and my steeds.

Thanks for reading!

If you run a search on here (magnifying glass symbol in the top right corner of your screen, under the subscription info) you'll find lots of threads on Parelli and will see what the reasons are people dislike it. There have been some huge arguments around Parelli methods.
